Company acquires new headquarters, City Gate in the centre of Dublin.

Abbey Tours develop new 100 bedroom hotel in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

Abbey Tours acquire the inbound business of O’Mara Travel. John Healy, former CEO of O’Mara Travel, joins Abbey Tours Board.
2004
Founder Director Jerry Leahy retires. Fellow Directors Jane Magnier, Patricia Mc Colgan Marina Finn buy his 50% share in Abbey Tours.

Abbey Tours is named one of Ireland’s 20 Best Managed Companies by Deloitte
2011
Abbey Tours requalified as one of Ireland's 'Best Managed Companies' in the 2011 Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards Programme.
